Jemma was incredible in organising and booking our trip to Rome. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgable, and we were supported through the whole process. Our trip was a fantastic success from start to finish - the hotel Jemma selected for us was to an excellent standard and in a great location. The extras included on the trip (day trips etc) were provided with all the information we could need, and were with reputable touring companies. All we had to do was tell Jemma what we wanted and what our budget was, and she did everything else. We will be recommending Jemma to all our family and friends, and will definitely be using her services again in the future. Thank you so much Jemma
